    2. Payment and Billing

    • All subscriptions are billed automatically according to the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
    • Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
    • You authorize SN Smart Solutions LTD to charge your selected payment method automatically for each renewal period until canceled.
    • You are responsible for ensuring your billing details are accurate and up to date.

    3. Renewal and Cancellation

    • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
    • You may cancel at any time by contacting us at contact@inordicone.com.
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
    • Once canceled, services will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will occur.
    • No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.

    4. Changes to Subscription Plans

    We may occasionally update our subscription pricing or features.
    If changes affect your active plan, you will be notified at least 14 days in advance.
    You will have the option to accept the new terms or cancel your subscription.

    5. Service Delivery

    6. Refund Policy

    Generally, refunds are not provided once the service period has started, except for accidental duplicate charges or uninitiated services.

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
    If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

    8. Service Suspension or Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if:

    • Payments are not completed successfully, or
    • You violate these Terms or misuse our services.

    Upon termination, access to your ongoing services will be discontinued, and outstanding balances will remain due.

    Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current subscription period.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales.
    Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the United Kingdom.
