Our services, including marketing strategy, SEO optimization, benchmarking, and campaign management, are delivered digitally and customized for each client’s business needs. Because of the personalized nature of our work, refunds are generally not provided once a project or service has started.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • If a payment was made by mistake or in duplicate.
  • If no work or service has been initiated on your project after payment.
  • If a technical error caused a wrong charge on your account.

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 calendar days from the payment date.
  • The request must include the payment receipt or transaction details.

Refunds will be reviewed individually and, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.


3. No Refunds for Completed Services

Once a service or project has been initiated, planned, or delivered (fully or partially), no refund will be issued. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Strategy sessions or consultations already conducted.
  • Completed or ongoing marketing plans, reports, or analysis.
  • SEO or digital campaign work already performed.

Our team commits significant time and resources to each project; therefore, refunds cannot be issued after the work has begun.


4. Service Modifications or Revisions

If you are not fully satisfied with a deliverable, please contact us at contact@inordicone.com.
We will gladly make reasonable revisions or adjustments to meet your expectations — at no extra cost, depending on the service agreement.


5. Subscription Services

For monthly or annual digital services (if applicable):

  • You may cancel future renewals anytime by contacting us before the next billing date.
  • Refunds are not provided for any partially used subscription period.
